  As the Christian grows in his/her walk by faith seeking the will of God for their lives there
is one overwhelming desire that always makes its presence known. That is to develop an intimate
relationship with the one who gave His life for them. To feel His strong protective arms surround
us, to hear His voice when He speaks to us and to feel Him guiding us, whether to turn to the right
or whether to turn to the left, whether to go forward or backward. Because of our carnal bodies we
find ourselves trying to lead instead of follow but in our hearts we want that intimate relationship
that seems so elusive. We all need guidance when we come to know the Lord and guess what? If we will
give ourselves to Him He has promised to do just that. Psalm 31:3 KJV For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake
lead me, and guide me.  Psalm 32:8 KJV I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye. Isaiah 58:11a KJV And the LORD
shall guide thee continually John 16:13 KJV Howbeit when he,
the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into
all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and
he will shew you things to come.  The Bible has no definitive word for guidance. What the Bible presents are three
pictures of God and His children. The message is simple; it is more important to be in a relationship
to the guide than to have an experience of guidance. It is more important to be shown God's ways than to find out the way for ourselves.
Be in a relationship with the guide and one will be guided; but if you seek the path, you may miss it. Psalm 25:4 KJV Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. In John 10:3-4 we have a powerful picture of the sheep and the shepherd. The shepherd
"calls" and "leads" and the sheep "listen to His voice" and they "know His voice" and follow Him.
We are His sheep but we must always be listening for His voice.  John 10:3-4 KJV 3To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and
he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4And when he putteth forth his own
sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. When I meditate on the word guidance, I keep seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
When I see guidance I see "G" - God followed by "u" and "i" GOD - YOU - AND - I - DANCE.  I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to
lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable
and jerky. When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music.
One gives gentle clues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.
It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully together. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle
guidance and skill from the other. Our walk by faith takes surrender, willingness and attentiveness by
us knowing the Lord has the knowledge and skill to lead us down the correct path. When we give ourselves
in complete surrender to His will, He will lead us into that intimate personal relationship we so desire.  Revelation 2:4 KJV Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left
thy first love. Remember when you first fell in love? Your willingness to please that special person,
that attentiveness you lavished upon them. How as your love developed you seemed to grow together as one?
This is the kind of relationship Jesus wants to have with you. If you have never developed this kind of
relationship with Him you have missed out on the greatest joy the Christian can have. If you had it but
it has slipped away then I urge you to strive to regain it. This relationship should not be just when you
pray, it is a relationship you strive to maintain during every waking hour as you surrender yourself
completely to Him. I know this is not an easy thing to do because the things of the world get in the
way but we are called to come out of the world. We are children of the King and He has overcome the world.  Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and guide you through each season of your
life as you abide in Him and He abides in you. I want to thank Momma Shirley who sent me "Dancing with God" a teaching lesson she

The movement doesn't flow with the music, The dance makes our surrender, willinging and attentiveness from one person personal to the Father! My eyes drew back to the word Guidance. When I saw "G: I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i"! "God, "u" and "i" dance." God, you, and I dance. WOW! As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let God lead. My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and mercy's be upon you on this day and everyday. May you abide in God as God abides in you. Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. This prayer is powerful! If God has done anything for you in your life, please share this message with someone else, for prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards; so let's continue to pray for one another. And I Hope You Dance!!!!!!!! I know it has been said many churches are allowing dancing before the Lord To be toned down?? What does that mean Lord?(toned down) Did this come from you?? I refuse to tone down my spirit Father And I will continue to dance like David did, and not allow myself to be guided or persuaded to those who would set guidelines On Your Worship!
