She Takes My Breath Away 
Created by love from the very beginning
Her coal black hair reminded them of the starless night She was formed and fashioned by the hand of God As a gift she came to be their endless delight She grew so quickly as the years gained momentum Her childhood days were soon behind her Then the teenage years and all that came with them Then the joyous day when she found the Saviour So much beauty was not hard to imagine That radiant smile that could melt the hardest heart The perfectly smooth olive brown skin No joy would be found if ever they had to part She takes my breath away Could ever be found another so pure With a sparkle in her eyes that would shame a star She won every heart and there was no cure He knew he loved her, they must never part Her own life to lead she must accomplish Her path to follow, a destiny was clear So much love to give, a life to finish If only they could have her one more year She takes my breath away Then one day he came to win her heart God's choice from the very beginning With a heart like hers she knew from the start She must give her all there was no pretending After eighteen years of joyful memories She must now risk the leap and learn to fly Her heart yearns to make her own stories With her true love she takes to the sky She takes my breath away If only we could have had her a little longer How sweet was life with her on my knee?
