The Teachings of Jesus Christ



I have found in my study of God's word that we often neglect to study the teachings of Jesus. Jesus was the most famous teacher to walk the face of the earth. In His 3 to 3 1/2 years of ministry He always taught in Parables knowing the power and the fascination of pictorial speech. He used it to great effect in His oral ministry.

I have been deeply convicted of our need to study and understand these choice examples of our Lord Jesus to express and enforce divine truth. My prayer is that by studying these divine truths we can all grow in our daily walk with the Lord.

I hope you will enjoy and look forward to this study with the same anticipation that I feel. My plan is to try and post one parable a week, but as often happens my plans and the Lords plans end up being quite different.
